The SIRM 2021 conference will be held in Gdansk (Poland).
Gdansk is a 1,000-year-old port city, the capital of the Pomeranian region, situated in northern Poland, on the Baltic Sea coast. It is Poland’s principal seaport and the centre of the country’s fourth-largest metropolitan area. Together with Sopot and Gdynia, it forms the Tricity (Polish: Trójmiasto), which has about 750,000 inhabitants.
This historic city has much to offer for our participants after conference sessions. It boasts several important historical attractions, such as the Royal Route, famous promenade street of Polish kings, along with historic cathedrals and medieval ports. Among many tourist attractions the biggest are Mariacka Street, Long Market (Polish: Długi Targ), St. Mary’s Church, European Solidarity Centre and many more.
The conference venue is located in the central part of Gdansk, in the vicinity of the old town, which gives easy access to the heart of the city.
The hotel offers special room prices for conference participants.
